傳統的教育觀念對嬰幼兒學習與發展並沒有特別重視，但嬰幼兒期對孩子的成長跟日後的發展具重大的影響。在不同的領域裡，包括社交情緒、認知、語言丶體能及大腦的構造，孩子從出生的時候已準備好要學習了。

星苗秉持著以「學生為中心，培養21世紀的「星」領袖」的教育理念，結合幼教團隊的專業知識及醫學臨床經驗，設計出一套能促進孩子發展、激發孩子潛能提供全方位的學習的課程，除了針對語言、閱讀、書寫、數學設計適齡的學習課程外，也致力於培養孩子其他重要技能如美術、社交、情感及自信的培養，這些都是孩子無論在學校和日後進入社會成功的基礎，透過豐富的課程活動讓孩子有探索與發現的機會，啟發孩子的創意，培養解決問題的能力，建立團隊合作的精神。

為了讓我們充滿好奇心的孩子們能準備好面對未來與國際接軌，星苗採用美國Common Core State Standards CCSS (幼兒部)及 Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework (嬰兒部)的架構，另加入了特色課程，包括LEGO Education、STEAM、和中文等最新的課程。
